Portraits are a lot of fun, because I get the challenge of not only taking a photo that makes you look 'good', but also captures who you are and your personality. There is nothing better than a happy client at the end of the day.

As for me, I was born in '85. A few years ago, after playing with a camera for a few months, I decided that this was something I wanted to do. Since then, I have been using any means possible to teach myself how to take the best photos possible. I am now a member at the Center for Contemporary Art in Abilene, TX, and occasionally have showings in other locations as well. I also raise commercial and 'fainting' goats, work on my family's cattle ranch, and try to ride and rope as often as I can in my free time. I have a wonderful husband and beautiful new son!
